Alpha invitations

When you request a spot, we collect your name or crew name, email, platform, crew size, optional note, and the time of the request. We use them to organize playtests and contact you about your invitation. Please do not include sensitive information in the optional note.

Requests are stored privately with Vercel Blob and are accessible to the studio through its hosting account. They are not published on this site. They remain in storage until removed by the studio; there is no automatic deletion schedule yet.

Website hosting

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information needed to deliver it, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Private playtest portal

Tester sign-in uses an essential, secure, HTTP-only cookie lasting up to seven days. Signing out removes it. The shared access phrase is checked on the server and is not stored in your browser. No advertising or analytics cookies are added.

Cloudflare Workers and private R2 storage deliver the builds. Downloads use temporary links valid for ten minutes. Vercel and Cloudflare process technical request data to operate these services. Login attempts are rate-limited using a keyed, hashed network identifier; the portal does not create individual tester profiles or maintain a download-history database. Hosting providers may retain operational logs. Do not share temporary download links publicly.

Feedback is sent voluntarily through your private invitation conversation. Share only the details needed to reproduce an issue; remove credentials and other personal information from logs. Portal access does not opt you into gameplay telemetry.

Questions or removal

Reply to your alpha invitation to ask about your request or have it removed. If you have not received an invitation, use the alpha request form with the same email and put “Privacy request” in the optional note. We may need to verify that the address belongs to you.

Game telemetry is separate

The game has its own optional gameplay telemetry choice. Requesting an invitation does not opt you into game telemetry. Read the privacy information supplied with your game build before choosing.
